SUMMARY:SEEEP PhD Summer School 2018 Energy Storage and flexibility
DESCRIPTION:The yearly 2-week Energy PhD school will take place at KTH in Stockholm and TU Eindhoven between 20 and 31 August. The theme of the PhD school this year is “Energy Storage and Flexibility”. Students will have a schedule with lectures\, excursions and project work in an international working environment where students will come from European Universities as well as Chinese Universities. \nSelected high level lectures will be given by expert Professors from Shanghai Sjao Tong University\, Zheijang University\, KTH The Royal Institute of Technology and TU Eindhoven on topics encompassing energy production and consumption\, renewable energy technology\, sustainability\,  energy storage technology and energy grids and flexibility. \nAccommodation\, breakfast and lunch is included for students. In Eindhoven the students are offered a complimentary bike arrangement. Travel to KTH and Eindhoven should be paid by the students or their home departments. The course renders 4.0 ECTS. \nCLUSTER students are eligible to apply to the school with a CV and a motivation letter. Students will be selected based on their application.
